And now to business …

Adobe’s offices are near Union Square, so what follows are a few pictures from my time in the city.

A leafy urban park on a bright spring morning, with green trees, low hedges atop a stone retaining wall, and granite steps with a black iron handrail leading up to a paved plaza. City buildings, including a tall skyscraper, rise beyond the trees under a clear blue sky.
Union Square Park, Manhattan, New York, New York
A sidewalk fruit and produce stand in Manhattan piled high with mangoes, apples, avocados and other fruit stacked in cardboard boxes under black and yellow umbrellas, with mask-wearing customers standing in line on the right and a large “Black Lives Matter” mural painted on a wall in the background.
Manhattan, New York, New York
A hotel lobby viewed through open white double doors, with a red-and-black striped runner carpet leading across a wood floor toward a reception desk. The ceiling has ornate pressed-tin tiles with round glass dome lights, and a colorful stained-glass panel hangs above the front desk.
The Standard, Manhattan, New York, New York
A dimly lit ridged glass elevator interior with vertical fluted panels glowing in warm amber and teal light, etched with cursive text reading “Elevator capacity 6 persons max.”
The Standard, Manhattan, New York, New York
A rooftop terrace with a glass-and-steel railing and pale stone paving overlooks a sprawling New York City skyline under a partly cloudy morning sky, with low-rise buildings, water towers, and distant skyscrapers stretching to the horizon.
The Standard, Manhattan, New York, New York
An elevated view of the Manhattan skyline under a blue sky with scattered white clouds, with a mix of glass and older stone buildings in the foreground and the Empire State Building and other Midtown skyscrapers rising in the distance.
The Standard, Manhattan, New York, New York
An elevated view over Manhattan under a bright blue sky scattered with clouds, with the Lower Manhattan skyline and One World Trade Center rising in the distance beyond a dense expanse of rooftops and mid-rise buildings. A billboard advertising “Flight Attendant” is visible in the foreground.
