I’ve just arrived in the Bay Area for a work trip. I was treated to some fun cloudscapes as we descended into San Jose.

A high-altitude aerial view over the San Francisco Bay Area, showing San Francisco’s downtown skyline and dense street grid in the lower right, the Bay Bridge spanning across the deep blue water to Yerba Buena and Treasure Islands, and the city of Oakland with its port cranes and airport runways on the far shore. Cargo ships dot the bay and clouds hover over distant hills near the horizon.
